Terms of service
Last updated 27 June 2026
This is a plain-language placeholder, meant to set fair expectations for a small one-driver business. It is pending professional review, and the company registration number and registered address are placeholders.
Co-ster is a one-person business in Stockholm, Sweden, run by Jon Kullberg. These terms cover what a ride is and how booking works. They are written to be plain and fair — if anything is unclear, just ask.
What the service is
A Co-ster ride is a guided drive through the countryside around Stockholm in a Mazda MX-5 roadster. There is one passenger seat: it is you (and only you) riding alongside the driver. It is a ride for the pleasure of the road, not a taxi or scheduled transport service.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are introductory and may change over time; the price we agree with you for your ride is the one that applies. You pay after the ride, not before — there is no deposit and nothing to enter on this website. We will tell you the simple ways to pay when we arrange the details.
Weather and the roof
Half the fun is the open roof, but Swedish weather has opinions. If it rains we keep the roof up, and if conditions make a ride unsafe or unpleasant we will suggest another time. We would rather move a ride than give you a soggy one.
An inquiry is not a confirmed booking
Sending an inquiry through this site starts a conversation — it does not lock in a time. A ride is only confirmed once we have agreed a date and time by email. Until then, nothing is booked and you owe nothing.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change, and that is fine. You can change or cancel a ride by email at no cost — just give us as much notice as you reasonably can. We may also need to change or cancel, for example because of weather, illness, or a problem with the car. If we cancel and cannot offer a replacement that works for you, you pay nothing.
On the day
Please be ready at the agreed place and time, wear a seatbelt, and follow the driver's reasonable safety requests. We may end a ride early if behaviour is unsafe or unlawful. Rides are for people who can ride safely in a low two-seat car.
Liability
The car is insured and roadworthy, and the driver holds a valid licence. We take your safety seriously and will run rides with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, Co-ster is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights as a consumer under Swedish law are unaffected.
Questions and governing law
For anything about these terms, email hello@co-ster.se. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and any dispute we cannot settle between us belongs to the Swedish courts. As a consumer you may also be able to use the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
