This is a plain-language placeholder, written to be honest about how a small one-driver business handles your details. It is pending professional review, and the company registration number and registered address below are placeholders.
Co-ster is a one-person roadster-tour business in Stockholm, Sweden. We collect as little as possible — only what we need to read your message and arrange a ride. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Co-ster (Jon Kullberg), Stockholm, Sweden. Organisation number and registered address: placeholder, to be confirmed before launch. You can reach us any time at hello@co-ster.se.
What we collect, and why
When you send a booking inquiry, you choose what to share. Typically that is:
- Your name — so we know who we are talking to.
- Your email address — so we can reply and arrange the ride.
- Optional notes — anything you add about the route, timing, or who is coming along.
We use these details for one thing only: to respond to your inquiry and organise a ride with you. We do not build a marketing profile, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Lawful basis
We process your inquiry on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into an arrangement, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Replying to a message you sent us is exactly what you would expect.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails only as long as we need them to arrange your ride and handle any follow-up — usually a few months. After that we delete them. If your message does not lead to a ride and there is no reason to keep it, we remove it sooner.
Who can see it
Your inquiry is read by the driver, and no one else. We use standard email and hosting providers to receive and store messages; they process data on our behalf and only to deliver the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Analytics
We measure visits in an anonymous, aggregate way to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you and does not follow you across other websites. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you (access);
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details (erasure);
- stop processing them.
Email hello@co-ster.se and we will sort it out — usually the same week. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version always lives here.
